Having hung around Monguse and offered helped countless times Van was given a chance to become a reserve member of Temporal Police. he was given the title of Munitions.. because of his knowledge of firepower and tech... but mostly because they could not get him out of the warehouse that held all their tech and weapons .. so they just left him there. His favorite weapon is the Armageddon cannon.
