First up is Hang Foo. Monguse has met him a number of times and was happy to make him a member. He doesn't wear much so I made his uniform simple. In the place of his cape he has a heavy coat and even heavier gloves.<with a steel plate across the knuckles like Bam's> Also to keep in the spirit of his simple attire the only Temporal Police emblem he wears is a buckle on his pants. Enjoy.
